Designer Web Co
Web design & development

Websites that do the work of a salesperson.

We build fast, search-friendly websites for established businesses — with a fixed scope, a fixed price, and a timeline you can hold us to.

Typical project: 4–6 weeks · Packages from $500

What you actually get

Most agencies sell design. We sell a website that does a job, and a process that tells you exactly where it stands.

Built to generate inquiries

A website is a sales tool, not a brochure. Every page is structured around making the next step obvious.

Fixed scope, fixed price

You get an itemized proposal before anything starts. No hourly billing, no surprise change orders.

You can see the whole project

A client portal shows exactly which stage the build is at, what we are waiting on, and what has been delivered.

You own everything

On final payment the site, the code, the domain, and every account belong to you. Nothing is held hostage.

How it works

Four stages from first conversation to a live website.

  1. 01

    Discovery call

Thirty minutes on what the business does, who it sells to, and what the current site fails to do. No pitch deck.

  2. 02

    Proposal

An itemized proposal — every deliverable, its price, and the timeline. You accept it online and pay the deposit.

  3. 03

    Build

Content collection, wireframe, design, development, testing, SEO. You follow every stage in your client portal.

  4. 04

    Launch and support

We handle domain, SSL, analytics, and search console. Then a support window, and optional ongoing maintenance.

Pricing

Every package is a starting point. The proposal itemizes what your project actually needs.

Common questions

All questions
How long does a website take?

Most projects run four to six weeks from the discovery call to launch. The single biggest factor is how quickly content, photos, and feedback come back, which is why we collect all of it up front through the client portal.

What does it cost?

Packages start at $500 for a simple two-page site. Most business websites land between $800 and $2,600 depending on how many pages you need and whether you want to be able to edit it yourself. Every proposal itemizes exactly what is included and what it costs — including anything quoted as an add-on — so there are no surprises later.

How do payments work?

Payments are tied to milestones. Under $1,000: paid in full to schedule the work. Between $1,000 and $3,000: 60% to schedule, 40% before launch. Above $3,000: 50% to schedule, 30% at design approval, 20% before launch. Invoices are paid online by card or bank transfer, and the site transfers to you once the balance is settled.

Who writes the content?

You supply the raw material and we structure and edit it — that is included from the Professional package upward, based on copy you provide. If you need copy written from scratch, that is quoted separately at $150 per standard page and $300 for the homepage, because original writing is a different job from editing.

Do I own the website?

Yes. On final payment you own the site, the code, the domain, and every account associated with it. Nothing is held hostage on our infrastructure.

Ready to talk about your website?

A 30-minute discovery call. We will look at what you have, what it needs to do, and what it would take to get there. No obligation.
